Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn sneakers in their original Mallet branded box, ensuring all protective dust bags and tags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid returns label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
